Chamberlain Announces War!!!!

In September, Lions Class are currently studying Goodnight Mister Tom as part of the theme of "Britain at War". During the study of the book, the pupils looked at Neville Chamberlain's Announcement on the Radio of the outbreak of war in September 1939. The pupils worked in small groups to rewrite the speech into 2011 language and recorded it onto Easi Speak microphones.
